Carlos studied architecture at Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya in Barcelona, and earned a Master’s Degree and a PhD at the Escuela Politécnica de Madrid. Carlos joined Foster + Partners in 2002 where he has worked on projects such as the Torre Cepsa in Madrid, the Aramon-Castanesa ski resort in the Spanish Pyrenees, and the Omkar Worli in India. He has been the design team lead representative for the Tocumen International Airport project in Panama, and he is currently based in Mexico as a team leader for the envelope of the New International Airport Mexico City.
